Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth by converting competitor products to our client’s industrial solutions
- Identify and develop opportunities for industrial chains, conveyor chains, bucket elevator chains, wear parts, and mechanical components
- Conduct plant-level meetings with maintenance, procurement, and engineering teams
- Lead product trials and performance-based selling initiatives
- Build and manage strong relationships with key industrial accounts
- Conduct regular site visits to cement plants and mining operations
- Collaborate with our client’s internal teams on technical solutions, customization, and reverse engineering
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments
- Achieve defined sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B industrial sales
- Proven background selling wear parts, mechanical components, or industrial chains
- Mandatory experience in the Cement and/or Mining industries
- Strong ability to engage in technical discussions with plant teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and key account management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Development (advantageous)
